Sales Solution Manager – Sydney

As a result of our expansion, we are avidly seeking an experienced Sales Solution Manager to join our Sydney team. You will be a marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver tangible results in a digital agency setting. This position requires a proven self-starter who will hit the ground running. You will use your autonomy to foster growth within the company and your own career. EXPECTATIONS & ROLE DUTIES
  • Represent WME in a way that aligns with our vision and forwards our success
  • Strategise with the managing director to further develop effective sales practices within the team you will be managing.
  • Lead and drive a team of four while ensuring individual targets are being met.
  • Oversee our group of Business Managers to encourage self-development and team rapport
  • Coach and mentor Business Managers to foster collective success and achieve business objectives
  • Implement necessary processes that will assist in the company’s long term growth projections
  • Adapt to the requirements of each new lead
  • Communicative productively with colleagues at all organisational levels
  • Develop a ‘best practice’ sales culture that is consistent and measurable within your team
  • Ability to implement big ideas and lead by example within a high-end corporate environment
  • 2 years experience in search marketing
  • Experience leading and driving a team in a digital agency setting
  • Capacity to forge strong professional working relationships and foster rapport with key clients.
  • Ability to facilitate and execute strategies and provide solutions to forward team productivity
  • Ability to remain perceptive to client requirements and deliver to expectation
  • Substantial understanding of market trends and capacity to report and manage client accounts REWARDS
